1. Introduction and Acceptance: Welcome to Gorilla Pop Out Mass. By booking our services or accessing our website, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services or website.

2. Services Description: Gorilla Pop Out Mass provides surprise gorilla mascot appearances for entertainment purposes only (e.g., surprise visits to parties, office pranks, wedding crashes). We operate in Massachusetts and Connecticut. We are NOT a security firm, childcare provider, or babysitting service. Our mascots do not provide physical protection or supervision of minors.

3. Booking and Payments: All bookings must be made through our official website. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date and time. The remaining balance must be paid in full 48 hours before the scheduled appearance. Cancellations made more than 7 days in advance may reschedule without penalty. Cancellations within 7 days forfeit the deposit. Rescheduling is subject to availability and a possible fee. If the client or venue is not ready at the scheduled time, our mascot will wait for a maximum of 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, the appearance is considered a no-show and no refund will be issued.

4. Client Responsibilities: Clients must obtain all necessary permissions from the venue (restaurants, offices, private homes, etc.) prior to the booking. Clients must ensure a safe and clear environment for the performer. We reserve the right to end an appearance immediately if the environment becomes unsafe. Aggressive behavior, harassment, or physical touching of the mascot/performer will result in immediate termination of the service without refund.

5. Limitation of Liability and Assumption of Risk: Surprise mascots can cause excitement, surprise, or mild shock. By booking, you assume all risks associated with the surprise nature of the performance. Gorilla Pop Out Mass is not liable for any injuries, property damage, or emotional distress resulting from the appearance.

6. Intellectual Property: We may take photos or videos during the appearance for promotional use on social media and our website. If you wish to opt-out, please notify us in writing before the event. All Gorilla Pop Out Mass branding and music mixes remain our property.

7. Privacy Summary: We value your privacy. We only collect information necessary to process your booking. For full details on how we handle your data, please refer to our Privacy Policy page.

8. Changes to Terms: We may update these terms at any time. The current version will always be posted on our website.
